Journal on Business Economics, Commerce & Trade Management (JBECTM) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that addresses the impacts and challenges of all areas of economics, business and management. The aim of the journal is to promote the understanding between managers and organizations. It is an interdisciplinary journal which brings together researchers, academics, policy makers and practitioners in business and non-profit organizations. All papers submitted should be original contributions and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
